Ace of Cups: Balance Your Body By Creating Healthy Habits

The card of the day is the ACE OF CUPS.

What are you doing to heal yourself emotionally, mentally, or physically? Do you see the connection between making clear steps to resolve any problems you might be experiencing and increasing your energy level?

How do you balance your body’s chemistry?

A good place to start is by addressing what you consume. Focus on feeding yourself food and beverages that have a high water content (or are from the ocean) such as pure water, wild-caught seafood, fruit and vegetables. Think about the purity of your food. Is your food free of pesticides and herbicides? Is the water you consume without known toxins? Do you eat a variety of fresh foods (fruit, vegetables, seafood)?

Do you need to create a healthy habit?

If you haven’t exercised in months, it’s hard to feel motivated to get real physical work done. Your mind also loves to spin ideas around in your head about how you should be doing such and such, but because you’re not in the habit of doing it anymore it’s not getting done. How can you get in the habit? Take action. Stop thinking about what you should be doing and make it happen. Commit to a walk, a bike ride, or a dance class TODAY. Doing any physical activity is bound to improve your thought patterns too. There is nothing like a walk to clear the mind, so you will be killing two birds with one stone there.

Let us know how it goes! Please share your successes in the comments section.
