You can’t fake a free-spirited or independent attitude. This attitude defines you. Please know, you have the ability to get everything done and you can do it yourself. As you become better known (in your field of work), you might start to notice other people who are envious of you, some might want some of what you create. Don’t allow anyone to take credit for what you create. Don’t allow others to “attach” to you energetically or to steal your voice. Your boundaries are your best source of protection. Use your words. Cut cords where appropriate. Put your energetic shield up in the form of wall. The wall you create will be difficult for others to penetrate. I know you have experience with creating walls. You might have felt frustrated by the walls you were forced to create in the past because it left you inactive for a period of time, but really it kept you safe until it was time to end an experience or relationship that was interfering with your free will. It might benefit you to do a protective meditation and to envision yourself standing safe and sound inside a black bubble that grows and expands around you. Any unhealthy attachments or energy that is not suitable to you will simply bounce off the black bubble wall you create. It does not have to be for a specific person, but you can name the kind of energy you would like to land on the other side of that wall: drama, negativity, mean-spiritedness, gossip, or any energy draining actions that are not in line with your values. You know you must have boundaries with your time and energy to truly thrive. Who or what is worthy of your time and energy? Any person or situation that wants to take away your personal power or ability to make choices is not going to be a good fit for you. You might feel worried about making the wrong choice, but your decision to establish boundaries with those people who would rather you be in the dark on some important issues is an important choice for you to make. Wednesday: 2 of Swords. Sometimes we create our own walls of of protection (even if it come across as inaction or confusion) in order to keep out what isn’t right for us on an energetic level. Like attracts like. Maybe your walls can protect you from people who (intentionally or not) do not want to see you succeed. If you feel called to do try it, I might suggest purchasing a piece of black tourmaline to carry with you to reinforce letting negative energy stay behind the wall of protection you create.
Thursday: 3 of Swords. Although painful, some endings are necessary. What do you need to express about what you experienced? Once you express it, let it go. Create the space for positive energy to flow through your heart. Let go of negativity and drama.
Friday: Ace of Rods. This is the surge of new energy you have been waiting for! How will you use the power of your will? The tiniest spark can create a fire. Protect your energy source and build it up.
