Five Day Tarot Forecast : 5/11-5/15

At the beginning of the week, you might feel like you need to defend what is yours (I hear some defensive thinking: Stay off my turf! and That was my idea!), yet, no one can get remotely close to claiming what you have built and no one can take credit for your original work. Remember that an idea cannot be copy written, that’s why you can see 100 different people take an idea and put their own spin on it. You will find the people who want what you have to offer.  You will always own the rights to your own work (your portfolio, your examples, your voice). When it comes to defending what you’ve built, try adopting a softer and more inclusive philosophy, you might consider thinking: We should defend what we’ve built or We should protect each others work. You are not the only one who does the work that you do, if you reach out to your peers, if you support them, you will find they will support you too. Each person has their own individual take or version of the same theme. If you are competing for a new job, please know that you have what it takes to get the position. You are seen as professional with experience under your belt. You can do this work and do it well.

The King of Pentacles assures you will receive a good chunk of change for the work you do. Make sure your work really shines and reflects who you truly are (make it exclusively your own), but acknowledge the folks who have blazed a trail for you to follow; acknowledge the people who are in the same position you are. You will always attract more flies with honey, as the saying goes. When you follow the example of people who have come before you, and acknowledge the work of others, you will start to notice  your values are in line with a particular group and this group has a really specific hierarchy with rules to follow. Knowing what your place is within this framework will be important for you, especially once you are ready to take the next step with your work.

You might have a short term project that is coming your way. Say yes to whatever is being offered. It will come in quickly and the competition for this work might be stiff, but you have what it takes. Look at the people around you and recognize you are in a position to take it to the next level. Your choices have led you to the exact place you should be. Energetically, you can ride this wave of prosperity with your peers. There is a natural momentum that will take you into the future, learn to co-create, and build something powerful together. Learn how to be part of a team.

You have some solid ideas that have momentum, run with them and see where they take you. I see more than a hint of prosperity in your future and I see you climbing the ladder of success. The world is your oyster. Find the pearl!

Weekend Tarot Forecast 4/10-4/12

WeekendTarotForecastPage of Pentacles | Queen of Cups (clarifying card: The Magician) | Judgment (clarifying card: The Hierophant)

Be willing to try something new. Be willing to learn. I know it’s difficult to walk away from the dream job you manifested, one where you had a lot of freedom and autonomy, one where you felt connected to your work, were respected by your peers for your innovation, and one where you ultimately had the power to create what you wanted, when you wanted to create it. It’s ok to have feelings around the loss of work that you truly identified with, gave you energy and autonomy and a sense of personal power and security. When you look to the future, recognize you will be put into a position where you will be learning and adjusting to an entirely new way of being in the world. You might be on the cusp of choosing a new educational path or a new career, one where you will need to be willing to be a bit green. You might have to do some research, take some classes, update your resume, or possibly start at the bottom in a new field in order to build something solid and stable once again. You will bring a lot of insight and ambition to a new group experience. The group will respect your ability. You are already someone who has great ideas and you are able to work independently and you simply have the energy and stamina to take this new path. If you can cut cords with how you feel emotionally about the work you used to do, you will realize that you are being called to move in a new direction. The new direction respects what you created from you past, but they want you to work as part of a team, they want you to be humble, eager and willing to learn. They do not want someone who is cocky or arrogant or someone who doesn’t feel like they need to learn anything new from someone who might have more experience or expertise. Be willing to follow someone else’s rules. You might find you have a mentor on this new path, one that’s willing to work with your lone wolf ways. This mentor might understand your intuitive and empathic abilities like no others were able to truly understand, acknowledge or appreciate.
